abstract | 【Purpose】 The present invention provides a dianhydride compound having a hard alicyclic fluorine-containing structure, which belongs to the field of new material technology, and a method and application thereof. SOLUTION: In the preparation method, 2,3,6,7-tetramethylguanidine-9,10-dione was subjected to a nucleophilic addition reaction in the first step ((2,3,6,7-tetramethyl-9,10-bis). (Trifluoromethyl) -9,10-dihydroanthracene-9,10-diyl) bis (oxy)) bis (trimethylsilane) is obtained. The second step modifies the trimethylsiloxane on the product obtained in the first step to hydroxyl groups. In the third step, the hydroxyl group of the product obtained in the second step is replaced with F, Cl, CF 3 or a benzene ring, and then an oxidation reaction and a dehydration reaction to an anhydride are carried out to obtain a dianhydride compound. The dianhydride compound of the present invention has a rigid alicyclic structure and a fluorine-containing group, improves the glass transition temperature and thermal stability, lowers the coefficient of linear thermal expansion, and improves the light transmittance in the production of polymer materials. It improves and reduces the dielectric constant and water absorption of the material to maintain good thermal and dimensional stability. [Selection diagram] Fig. 8 |
