abstract | Disclosed herein are systems and methods for calibrating a microscope or imaging system prior to acquiring image data of a sample. In some embodiments, a method is disclosed, the method comprising: (a) performing a power output calibration module (603) to calibrate (30) the imager for repeatability; and (b) reproduce.
