A) platinum halide, B) ketone, C) enone additive separate from any other starting materials or rearrangement products thereof, and D) silicon-bonded ends having 2 to 6 carbons per molecule. A platinum organosiloxane complex is prepared by a process comprising: combining with a polyorganosiloxane having 2 to 4 unsaturated hydrocarbon groups.
