abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminoborosilicate glass, a method for producing the same, and an application thereof. The present invention relates to an aluminoborosilicate glass, a method for producing the same, and an application thereof. Based on the total weight of each component in the glass composition, the composition of the glass is SiO 2 : 33 to 60 wt %, Al 2 O 3: 3~10wt%, B 2 O 3: 10~30wt%, ZnO + TiO 2 + Sc 2 O 3: 1~15wt%, and alkaline earth metal oxides RO: 7~27wt% are included, where , RO is MgO, CaO, is at least one of SrO and BaO, the content of Sc 2 O 3 satisfies 0.001wt% ≦ Sc 2 O 3 ≦ 1wt%. The aluminoborosilicate glass has characteristics such as low density, high refractive index, low thermal expansion coefficient, high thermal stability, high flexibility, and easy bending.
