PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a product used in stem cell therapy for treating a disease or condition of SCA. The present invention provides a method of treating polyglutamine disease in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject parenterally or topically an effective amount of stem cells as a unit dose. Administration is carried out in one or more treatment cycles, one treatment cycle comprising administration of 3 unit doses each at an administration interval of 2 to 6 weeks. |
