Methods are provided for clinically treating protein leaky enteropathy (eg, lymphangiectasia) in patients (eg, pediatric patients) using anti-C5 antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof. In one aspect, a method for treating a human patient having protein leaky enteropathy, wherein the method comprises administering to the patient an effective amount of SEQ ID NOS: 1, 2 and 3, respectively, during a dosing cycle. Administering an anti-C5 antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof comprising the CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 heavy chain sequences shown and the CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 light chain sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs: 4, 5 and 6, respectively. |
