titleOfInvention | Process for producing kinase inhibitor having sulfonamide structure |
abstract | The present invention provides a kinase inhibitor having a sulfonamide structure, that is, N- (2 ′, 4′-difluoro-5- (5- (1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl) -1H-benzo [d] imidazole. -1-yl)-[1,1'-biphenyl] -3-yl) cyclopropanesulfonamide (1A) and an improved process for the preparation of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The compounds of formula (1A) are selective inhibitors of the FGFR / VEGFR kinase family and are useful in treating cancer. |
