abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method which reduces the burden on a patient, does not require a reagent according to the type of cancer, and can identify the type of cancer in one test. SOLUTION: A first chamber filled with an electrolytic solution is formed by a substrate having a through hole through which an exosome contained in a sample passes and a surface including at least the through hole on one surface side of the substrate. A 1-chamber member, a second chamber member forming a second chamber filled with an electrolytic solution with a surface including at least a through hole on the other surface side of the substrate, a first electrode formed in the first chamber, the first electrode. Analysis to analyze the shape distribution of the exosome from the second electrode formed in the two chambers, the current meter for measuring the ion current when the exosome passes through the through hole, and the ion current measured by the current meter. A device for analyzing the shape distribution of an exosome, which comprises at least a portion, and whose through-hole length is shorter than that of the exosome to be measured.
