titleOfInvention | Foamable rubber composition and its manufacturing method, rubber sponge and its manufacturing method, and wound body |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber sponge having a high uniform elastic modulus. SOLUTION: A foamable rubber composition containing a synthetic rubber and a foaming agent is disclosed. The water content in the foamable rubber composition is 120 mass ppm or less based on the mass of the foamable rubber composition. A rubber sponge 1 having a foamed portion containing vulcanized synthetic rubber is also disclosed. The density of the rubber sponge 1 is 0.01 to 0.6 g / mL, and the relative standard deviation of the indentation elastic modulus of the rubber sponge 1 is 20% or less. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
