An initiator composition comprising a diisocyanate trimer, N-alkyl-2-pyrrolidone and ω-lactam. In the production method of the present invention, ω-lactam and a diisocyanate trimeric are reacted in the presence of N-alkyl-2-pyrrolidone to obtain the initiator composition of the present invention.
