PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage material composition having excellent heat storage property and emission prevention property. SOLUTION: A heat storage material composition containing (A) a heat storage material and (B) a binder containing butyl stearate and / or butyl palmitate. The binder (B) preferably contains a (B-1) polyol compound, or a (B-1) polyol compound and a (B-2) isocyanate compound. The (A) heat storage material and (B) binder containing butyl stearate and / or butyl palmitate can suppress the emission of the heat storage material for a long period of time.
