Placenta-derived natural killer cells |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the growth of a tumor cell or treat a graft-versus-host disease using a natural killer cell, the growth of the natural killer cell culture and growth without reducing the tumor targeting ability, the tumor killing ability and the like. Providing new methods that can be applied to suppression and treatment. A method of suppressing the growth of tumor cells, which comprises contacting the tumor cells with natural killer cells isolated from human placental perfusate and cord blood. A method of treating graft-versus-host disease in which natural killer cells isolated from human placental perfusate and cord blood have graft-versus-host disease or are suspected of having graft-versus-host disease. Alternatively, the method comprising administering to a patient at risk of developing graft-versus-host disease. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
