abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a carbon nanotube dispersion composition having excellent conductivity and high productivity. A method for producing a carbon nanotube dispersion composition for a battery, which comprises a carbon nanotube, a dispersant, and an aqueous liquid medium, includes a step (step A) of performing a dispersion treatment using a bead mill for the battery. The dispersant is added continuously or discontinuously until the carbon nanotube concentration in the carbon nanotube dispersion composition reaches a target value, and before or at the same time as the addition of the carbon nanotubes. The above problem is solved by a method for producing a carbon nanotube dispersion composition in which the diameter of the beads of the bead mill is in the range of 0.01 to 1.25 mm.
