abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition which satisfies hydrolysis resistance, impact resistance, heat resistance and flame retardancy at a high level. SOLUTION: (A) A phosphoric acid ester-based flame retardant represented by the following formula (1) and a phosphoric acid represented by the following formula (2) with respect to 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin (component A). A flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition containing 1 to 20 parts by weight of at least one phosphoric acid ester-based flame retardant (component B) selected from the group consisting of ester-based flame retardants.
