PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alcohol extract of Ajuga decumbens from Taiwan. The present invention provides an alcoholic extract of Ajuga decumbens from Taiwan. The alcohol extract of Ajuga decumbens was found to have a significant effect on inhibiting the aging of human WI-38 lung fibroblasts and human skin fibroblasts. Furthermore, it was found that the alcohol extract of Ajuga decumbens inhibits the expression of cofilin-1 and that cofilin-1 is a protein involved in actin dynamics (actin dynamics) and cell morphology and is increased in senescent cells.
