PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal form of a softpyrronium bromide which is not hygroscopic, has excellent stability, and can be suitably used as a raw material for a pharmaceutical product. SOLUTION: A co-crystal containing 1'R-diastereomers and 1'S-diastereomers of softpyrronium bromide in a ratio of 1: 3 (Form CO), and crystal forms of the Form CO and 1'R-diastereomers (Form MN). A method for producing a crystal mixture containing (for example, Form B), and a softpyrronium bromide suitable for producing the crystal mixture. The crystal form of the softpyrronium bromide containing Form CO and Form CO (for example, Form B) has no hygroscopicity and is excellent in stability, so that it can be suitably used as a raw material for pharmaceutical products.
