abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict when the treatment of a subject whose treatment is long-term is completed. A medical information processing device according to an embodiment includes a first input unit, a second input unit, a setting unit, and a prediction unit. The first input unit inputs the first transition data showing the transition of the biometric index value indicating the condition of the subject so far. The second input unit inputs the second transition data representing the transition of the therapeutic means performed by the subject so far. The setting unit sets the target biometric index value as the therapeutic index value. Based on the characteristics of the first transition data and the second transition data of the subject, the prediction unit determines the first transition data and the second transition data of the past subject similar to the characteristics.
