PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel double paratopic LRP5 / LRP6 cross-reactive binding polypeptide, more specifically, a novel double paratopic LRP5 / LRP6 cross which can inhibit the Wnt signaling pathway. Reactive immunoglobulins provide a single variable domain construct. The present invention also relates to methods of using such polypeptides, including specific sequences of such polypeptides, methods of producing them, and methods of treating diseases such as cancer. A first immunoglobulin single variable domain defined by comprising CDR1 to CDR3 selected from a specific sequence and a first defined by comprising CDR1 to CDR3 selected from a specific sequence. A polypeptide that specifically binds to LRP5 or LRP6, including two immunoglobulin single variable domains, solves the above problem. [Selection diagram] None |
