Protein screening method |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient method for obtaining a gene sequence encoding a protein such as a desired antigen. SOLUTION: In the preparation of a nucleic acid-protein fusion library, a nucleic acid is bound to a ligand such as biotin by photocrosslinking of a solarene linker, and this is bound to a receptor such as streptavidin to which a protein binding substance such as puromycin is bound. A technique for creating a complex of a nucleic acid and a protein translated from the nucleic acid. [Effect] A desired protein can be isolated from a nucleic acid-protein fusion library, and a nucleic acid sequence corresponding to the protein can be rapidly obtained. [Selection diagram] FIG. 9 |
