abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphorescent marking body for a road surface having excellent weather resistance and antifouling property. SOLUTION: A silicone body in which a base substrate 0110, a reflective layer 0120 arranged on the base substrate, a gel adhesive layer 0130 arranged on the reflective layer, and a phosphorescent material arranged on the gel adhesive layer are dispersed. Provided is a phosphorescent silicone marker 0100 comprising a phosphorescent silicone body 0140 and at least a glass coating layer 0150 coated on the phosphorescent silicone body. Also provided is a method for producing such a phosphorescent silicone marker. Further, the present invention provides a phosphorescent silicone structure including the reflective layer, a gel adhesive layer, a phosphorescent silicone body, and a glass coating layer.
