titleOfInvention Imaging equipment and imaging methods
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and an imaging method capable of accurately grasping, for example, the blood circulation state of a subject when performing a surgical operation on the subject. An imaging device captures an excitation light source that irradiates a subject with excitation light for exciting a fluorescent dye administered to the subject, and fluorescence generated from the fluorescent dye. A photographing unit that acquires a fluorescent image, a pixel value measuring unit that measures the pixel value of each pixel in a predetermined region of the fluorescent image over time, and a pixel value measured by the pixel value measuring unit that converts the pixel value into a predetermined number of gradations. It includes a gradation conversion unit, a gradation image generation unit that generates a gradation image IM4 based on pixel values that have been gradation-converted by the gradation conversion unit, and an image display unit that displays a gradation image.
