titleOfInvention | Dry films, cured products, and electronic components |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry film or the like having a resin layer obtained from a photosensitive resin composition having excellent resolution, handleability and resistance to thermal shock of a cured product. A dry film comprising a film and a photosensitive resin layer provided on one surface of the film and having a thickness of 3 to 13 μm and an absorbance of 0.5 to 1.5 at a light wavelength of 365 nm. The curable copolymer having (A) at least the first repeating unit which is a maleimide derivative and the second repeating unit which is a (meth) acrylate derivative having a thermosetting group in the side chain. A dry film or the like containing a resin, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, (C) a thermosetting resin, and (D) an inorganic filler. [Selection diagram] None |
