PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral and nasal patient interface used in diagnosis, improvement, treatment, or prevention of respiratory diseases, which has improved comfort, cost, effectiveness, easy use, and manufacturability. A patient interface 3000 that supplies respiratory gas to a patient includes a nasal plenum chamber that at least partially defines an upper gas chamber, a mouth plenum chamber 3200 that at least partially defines a lower gas chamber, and a nasal plenum. Releasably holding a plenum chamber assembly with a separation structure that connects the chamber and the mouth plenum chamber at least partially and at least partially defines the flow path, and a first portion of the positioning stabilization structure 3300. It comprises a top plate 3206 that includes at least one connecting functional unit 3304 that is configured to do so, and a face plate 3204 that is configured to releasably hold a second portion of the positioning stabilization structure.
