abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a diastolic myocardial-like tissue, a diastolic myocardial-like tissue produced thereby, and a tension measurement system for the diastolic myocardial-like tissue. SOLUTION: A method for producing diastolic myocardial-like tissue including a step of culturing myocardial-like tissue in a first atmosphere having an oxygen concentration lower than the oxygen concentration of the atmosphere, and the expansion obtained thereby. Provides incomplete myocardial-like tissue. Further, the diastolic myocardial tissue, the first holder holding one end of the diastolic myocardial tissue, the second holder holding the other end of the diastolic myocardial tissue, and the first holder were fixed. Provided is a tension measuring system for diastolic myocardial-like tissue, comprising a medium tank and a tension detecting means connected to the second holder. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
