Flexible polarizing film, its manufacturing method and image display device |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible polarizing film having a high degree of flexibility (flexibility) in spite of using a polyvinyl alcohol-based polarizer. SOLUTION: The flexible polarizing film of the present invention is a polyvinyl alcohol-based polarized light having a thickness of 10 μm or less, in which a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin is oriented in one direction and iodine or a dichroic dye is adsorbed and oriented on the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin. It is characterized by having children and having no cracks, creases, or light leakage after undergoing a twisting test in which the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin is twisted in the orientation direction in which it is oriented.
