PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bispecific anti-human A-beta / human transferrin receptor antibody and a method for using the same. A) One containing two pairs of antibody light chain and antibody heavy chain, each of which has a binding site formed by each pair of heavy and light chains that specifically binds to a human A-beta protein. A bispecific antibody comprising an antibody and b) an additional Fab fragment that is fused to one C-terminal of the heavy chain of the antibody and has a binding site that specifically binds to the human transferrin receptor. Also, the additional Fab fragment comprises a domain crossover such that the constant light chain domain (CL) and the constant heavy chain domain 1 (CH1) are replaced with each other.
