PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central memory T cell for tumor-specific cancer treatment having a longer-term antitumor action. A population of human T cells that are rich in CD62L-expressing T cells and that have been transfected with a vector that expresses a chimeric antigen receptor, at least 50 of the transfected human T cells. % Are central memory T cells, at least 10% of the transfected central memory T cells are CD4 +, and at least 10% of the transfected central memory T cells are CD8 +. The human T cell population is a population of human T cells that are depleted for CD25 and CD14 expressing T cells as well as cells that are CD45 +. [Selection diagram] Fig. 5 |
