PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and effective solution for the success of a drug candidate in the discovery and development of a drug. The method is an effective study of the chemical information space using effective statistical methods that provide meaningful chemical information including relevant descriptors, fingerprints, fragments, optimized structural image sets, and the like. / Perform a search. In addition, address robust predictive models of biological responses, examples of nephrotoxicity using chemical information selected in an automated manner for given experimental data, and failure of drug candidates under discovery and development.
