PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for improving respiratory health, increasing resistance to infectious diseases, and increasing hypothiocyanate ions in the lungs of mammals. SOLUTION: The method includes a step of generating hydrogen peroxide gas which is non-hydrate and does not contain ozone, a step of directing a gas mainly containing hydrogen peroxide gas to the environment, and a hydrogen peroxide gas. Includes the step of exposing the subject to the environment to act on the increase in hypothiocyanate ions in the mammalian lung. [Selection diagram] None |
