PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily performing a highly accurate microbiological test. SOLUTION: The microbiological test kit of the present disclosure is capable of collecting a sample, and contains a first syringe having a first syringe needle and a second syringe containing an ATP extraction reagent and having a second syringe needle. Between the first opening, the first sealing member fitted in the first opening, the nozzle, the nozzle cap covering the nozzle, the first opening and the nozzle. It has a filter arranged so as to partition, a closed reaction vessel, a second opening, and a second sealing member fitted in the second opening. A waste liquid container sealed under reduced pressure, a third opening, and a third sealing member fitted in the third opening, and contains a luminescent reagent that emits light in the presence of ATP.
