M is from Mn, V, Mg, Mo, Nb, Ti and Al. Lithium metal composite oxide powder contained in the atomic number ratio represented by (at least one selected element) and tungsten oxide having a particle size of 0.01 to 0.09 μm or tungsten having a particle size of 0.01 to 0.09 μm.
