abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb filter capable of efficiently generating plasma and a method for manufacturing the same. The honeycomb filter of the present disclosure is a honeycomb filter in which exhaust gas passes through an inner wall. A pair of conductive layers are arranged on both sides of the inner wall so as to face each other across the inner wall. Further, one of the pair of conductive layers has a connection region for electrically connecting to one pole of the external power supply, and the other of the pair of conductive layers is the other of the external power supply.
