Probe set to detect TERT promoter mutations |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe capable of distinguishing two mutations in a single assay and detecting even a very small amount of sample or a mutation having a low allelic frequency. SOLUTION: (1) A probe consisting of a nucleotide sequence represented by a specific sequence or a nucleotide sequence complementary to the sequence, and (2) a nucleotide sequence represented by another different sequence or a nucleotide sequence complementary to the sequence. Probe consisting of a probe set for detecting TERT promoter mutations, which comprises the following two types of probes. [Selection diagram] None |
