abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system simulator capable of simulating the operation of a smart meter for each meter. A simulated smart meter 1-1 of a system simulator 101 includes a time control processing unit 119, a regular meter reading processing unit 120, a response control processing unit 121, and a disturbance processing unit 122. The time control processing unit controls the meter reading timing of the simulated smart meter based on the time difference from the normal time of each smart meter (system time of the system simulator). The regular meter reading processing unit executes a process related to the measurement of the meter reading value at the timing of the regular meter reading time (XX: 30 or XX: 00) based on the control result of the meter reading timing of the simulated smart meter. The response control processing unit detects the reception of the control request from the meter data management system or the center equipment that is performed at any time, creates an interface for the response in response to the control request, and returns the response.
