PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition for wound healing. The present invention relates to promoting and improving wound healing by binding and delivering a wound activator to a wound using a cross-linking covalent modifying molecule. In addition, there is provided a method and composition for forming a polymer electrolyte layer on the wound surface using a backcharged polymer electrolyte. Furthermore, it relates to incorporating a wound activator into a polymeric electrolyte layer for delivery to the wound. In the embodiment, the wound active nanoscale polymer layer having a thickness of about 0.5 nm to 1000 nm is contained, and the wound active agent is incorporated in the nanoscale wound active polymer layer, and the wound active nanoscale polymer layer is formed. A wound-active nanoscale polymer matrix microsheet is provided that includes an adjacent sacrificial polymer layer, which is soluble when exposed to a water surface. [Selection diagram] None |
