PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate which is excellent in antiviral property and antimicrobial property, is also excellent in transparency and the like, and can maintain characteristics such as transparency of the substrate and color of the surface of the substrate as it is. A cured product 12 of a binder (cured product of an electromagnetic wave curable resin) containing a copper compound and a photopolymerization initiator is fixed to the surface of a base material 11, and at least a part of the copper compound is a cured product of the binder. The anti-microbial substrate 10 exposed from the surface of 12 and having a crosslink density of the cured product 12 of the binder of 85% or more. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
