abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for forming an antistatic coating layer, which provides a coating layer having excellent antistatic properties and excellent adhesion to a substrate. A copolymer (A) containing an unsaturated hydrocarbon (a03), an unsaturated carboxylic acid (a02), and an unsaturated carboxylic acid salt (a01) as constituent monomers, and a cross-linking agent (C).
