titleOfInvention Channel device, power generation device, sensor, power generation method and sensing method
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of an enzymatic reaction when the redox reaction is catalyzed by a pair of a plurality of kinds of enzymes. A flow path device (10) includes a flow path through which a solution containing a substrate flows, an working electrode (20), and a counter electrode (30), and an enzyme involved in a two- or more-step redox enzyme reaction is provided. In the order of reaction, electrons are transferred from the electrodes (22, 23), which are immobilized along the flow path and in which the enzyme responsible for the oxidation reaction of the substrate is immobilized, and the reduced product generated by the oxidation reaction to the mediator. The electrodes (31, 32) on which the enzyme to be transferred are immobilized are formed as separate electrodes and in close proximity to each other, and one of the electrodes on which the enzyme is immobilized is the working electrode or the counter electrode layer. Is laminated against. [Selection diagram] Fig. 2
