titleOfInvention | Toner manufacturing method and toner manufacturing equipment |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner manufacturing method for achieving a small particle size of toner particles and an improvement in productivity. A method for producing toner particles, which comprises a step of finely pulverizing a coarsely pulverized product by a pulverizing means. The crushing means is attached to a powder charging port 101 for charging the object to be crushed into the crushing means, a stator 104 having a plurality of convex portions and concave portions on the inner peripheral surface, and a central rotation shaft 107. It has a rotor 103 having a plurality of convex portions and concave portions on the outer peripheral surface, and a powder discharge port 106 for discharging the crushed powder from the crushing means. The stator contains the rotor, and the rotor is arranged so that the surface of the stator and the surface of the rotor face each other with a predetermined gap. The material to be pulverized is charged from a powder charging port arranged near one end in the axial direction of the rotor, and discharged from a plurality of powder discharging ports 106 arranged near the other end side of the rotor. It is characterized by that. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
