titleOfInvention | Non-woven fabric containing para-type total aromatic polyamide flat fiber and its manufacturing method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a needle punched nonwoven fabric in which the high strength of all aromatic polyamide short fibers is utilized as much as possible by controlling the entangled state and the arranged state of all aromatic polyamide short fibers in the needle punched nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: A para-type total aromatic polyamide short fiber having a flat cross-sectional shape of a single-thread fiber orthogonal to the fiber axis direction, and satisfying the following conditions (a) to (b). The mold total aromatic polyamide short fibers and the polyester round cross-section short fibers having a cut length of 49 to 51 mm are mixed at a weight ratio of 30/70 to 70/30 and then entangled by a needle punch. (A) The ratio (L / T1) of the longest axis (L1) of the flat cross section to the longest axis (T1) orthogonal to the longest axis (L1) is larger than 5.0. (B) The cut length of the para-type total aromatic polyamide short fiber is 49 mm to 113 mm. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
