abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol-type hair dye or decolorizing agent composition having good extensibility at the time of application, stability under high temperature conditions and hair dyeing property. SOLUTION: The aerosol type hair dye or decolorizing agent composition is selected from (A) glycerin, polyethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, diglycerin and 1,3-butylene glycol in both the first agent and the second agent. It contains at least one kind, (B) a higher alcohol having 16 to 22 carbon atoms, (C) a nonionic surfactant, and both the first agent and the second agent have the above (C) with respect to the component (B). An aerosol-type dyeing having a mass ratio (B) / ((C) + (D)) of 0.5 to 7 with at least one selected from the components and (D) cationic surfactant. Hair or decolorant composition.
