titleOfInvention | Method for analyzing mRNA precursor, information processing device, computer program |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easily analyzing the state of eukaryotic mRNA and facilitating the suggestion of countermeasures when it is in an unfavorable state. A method for analyzing an mRNA precursor that quantitatively analyzes the removal state of an intron in a mRNA precursor of a eukaryote and outputs information unique to the eukaryote. The presence or absence of an aging type or non-disease type splicing pattern different from the healthy type splicing pattern is detected from the quantitatively analyzed intron removal state (S3). Then, the information of the pharmaceutically acceptable substance for making the splicing pattern of the aging type or the unaffected type close to the splicing pattern of the healthy type is specified from the list of substances prepared in advance (S5). Then, the specified information is output as information peculiar to the eukaryotic organism as the analysis target (S6). [Selection diagram] Fig. 12 |
