PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient NF-κB inhibitor drug delivery system for age-related macular degeneration, rejection upon corneal transplantation, and uveitis. A sustained-release preparation in which a soft contact lens is filled with nanoparticle gel of an NF-κB inhibitor. As the NF-κB inhibitor, thalidomide and lenalidomide are preferable. Since the thalidomide preparation is turbid, a type having a hole in the center is preferable to secure a visual field. The lenalidomyl formulation becomes a transparent formulation. Furthermore, as home therapy that continues treatment with the above-mentioned preparation, it is recommended to use a single-use type of thalidomide or lenalidomide and an eye drop of calcium alginate gel.
