titleOfInvention | Immunochromatographic test piece |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test piece capable of avoiding occurrence of a so-called blank area phenomenon in an immunochromatographic test piece and performing detection with more excellent visibility. Another object is to provide immunochromatographic test strips that can prevent variations in the detection values on the test line. An immunochromatographic test strip including at least a porous membrane, a sample supply unit, a developing unit, and a detection unit having a specific binding substance immobilized thereon, wherein the detection unit is immobilized on the surface of the porous membrane. The problem is solved by the test piece characterized in that an opaque substrate having a thickness of 30 μm or more and 200 μm or less is arranged on the back surface of the porous membrane.
