abstract |
A multispecific antibody (MAI) of interest that co-binds to at least two different antigens or epitopes (also referred to as "targets" and used interchangeably throughout) is provided by MAI and parent homodimeric antibody species. Providing a method of purifying from a composition included. Reagents that can be used to practice such methods are also provided. The invention is particularly advantageous for at least two different antigens or epitopes, including a heterodimer comprising a first polypeptide comprising a first heavy chain (HC) variable region and a second polypeptide comprising a second HC variable region. There is provided a method of purifying a multispecific antibody (MAI) of interest that co-binds to MAI from a composition comprising MAI and at least two corresponding parent homodimeric antibody species.
