PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel bispecific antigen-binding molecule for T cell activation and redirecting to a specific target cell. A first antigen-binding portion that is a Fab molecule capable of specifically binding to an activated T cell antigen, and a second and a Fab molecule each capable of specifically binding to a target cell antigen. Provided is a T cell activating bispecific antigen-binding molecule comprising a third antigen-binding portion and an Fc domain composed of first and second subunits capable of stable association. Further, polynucleotides encoding bispecific antigen binding molecules, and vectors and host cells containing such polynucleotides, methods for producing bispecific antigen binding molecules, and these duals in the treatment of disease. Methods of using specific antigen binding molecules are provided. [Selection diagram] None |
