PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot melt composition capable of suitably forming a sealing material capable of maintaining excellent airtightness even under repeated opening and closing and in a high temperature environment. It is another object of the present invention to provide a sealant made of the hot melt composition, an electronic device using the sealant, and a lamp using the sealant. One aspect of the present invention is a hot melt composition containing a modified thermoplastic polymer having an alkoxysilyl group in the molecule, a softening agent, and a catalyst.
