A method for diagnosing a thyroid disease that determines whether a subject has, or is likely to have, a malignant or benign thyroid condition. The presence of one or more polymorphisms selected from polymorphisms in a DNA sample containing thyroid tissue, or their complements, is detected, and malignant states are follicular cancer, follicular papillary cancer, and thyroid gland. Whether or not the benign thyroid state selected from the group consisting of papillary cancers has, or is likely to have, a malignant or benign thyroid state selected from the group consisting of follicular adenoma and nodular hyperplasia. How to judge. [Selection diagram] None |
