PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cheese-like food that does not contain raw material cheeses and has the same heat melting property as the original cheese. A cheese-like food product containing no raw material cheeses, which contains acetylated starch, oil and fat, octenylsuccinic acid pregelatinized starch, and water, and the content of octenylsuccinic acid pregelatinized starch is in the total mass of the cheese-like food product.
