abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately correct information on fluorescent X-rays based on information on the amount of carbon compound contained in a measurement target. An analyzer 100 includes an X-ray measuring device 2, an optical characteristic measuring device 3, and a calculation unit 4. The X-ray measuring device 2 measures fluorescent X-rays generated from a measurement target. The optical characteristic measuring device 3 acquires optical characteristics other than fluorescent X-rays of the carbon compound contained in the measurement target. The calculation unit 4 calculates information on the amount of the carbon compound contained in the measurement target based on the optical characteristics of the carbon compound, and measures by the X-ray measuring device 2 based on the information on the amount of the carbon compound.
